General Details
Our students are all Italian and they usually have a good level of English (B1) so they can participate in class, follow the lessons and make new friends etc. Students are required to participate as a family member and are expected to follow host family rules, which can include performing family chores.
Our students usually get accepted to attend local schools for the following periods:

➢ 4 months – end of August / end of December;
➢ 6 months – end August / February (Christmas holidays in Italy) or beginning of January / end of May.
➢ 10 months – end of August / June (Christmas and Easter holidays in Italy)
What are hosts expected to provide?
➢ Full-Board accommodation to include a breakfast, a packed lunch and a sit-down evening dinner with the family member.
➢ A bedroom with access to a shared or private bathroom.
➢ Basic laundry facilities and a change of bed linen and towels weekly.
➢ To provide the student with a door key, so they can let themselves in and out.
➢ To help students fit in and find their way to school on their first day. The host family will be required to accompany the student on his or her first day of school. Please let us know if you are not available to do it.
